DataAnnotation is seeking a Finance Expert to evaluate AI-built financial analyses on real corporate scenarios, check the valuation assumptions behind them, and write judgments that teach models what defensible finance work looks like.

As part of the role you’ll stress-test three-statement models, trace the reasoning to expose misalignments, and deliver clear defensible analyses for CFO audiences. Flexible, remote work with project-based assignments and high earning potential.

Qualifications

• Professional experience in corporate finance, FP&A, or strategic finance.
• Fluency with modeling: three-statement builds, DCF, and the accounting behind them.
• Clear written English: explanations are the training signal.
• No degree required. We care about what you can do, not where you learned it.

Responsibilities

• Stress-test AI-built models on real corporate scenarios: three-statement linkages, DCF assumptions, and the working-capital logic underneath.
• Trace the reasoning to expose plugged numbers, broken drivers, and conclusions the model's own math doesn't support.
• Write the defensible analysis when the model falls short: honest assumptions, clear drivers, and a number you'd put in front of a CFO.
