Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, rank outputs, and explain in writing what looked or sounded off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

You will compare AI-generated images and videos to assess how well they follow prompts, focusing on accuracy, quality, and realism, with the opportunity to influence frontier AI research through detailed feedback.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail with ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Bachelor's degree or higher is preferred or helpful.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models and ranking naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt better.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or audio-video misalignment.
• Rating outputs across dimensions and writing a clear English explanation of observations.
