Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. Roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model and score each exchange, compare generated images and videos to judge which follows the prompt better, and explain in writing what looked or sounded wrong, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to replay/zoom in.
• Pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Ability to explain decisions clearly in natural conversations.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based reviews.
• Capable of deciding when options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rank naturalness and usefulness.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos to judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs to spot issues like distorted anatomy, flicker, or audio mismatch.
• Write English explanations detailing what you saw or heard.
