Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented reviewers to interact with AI voice models, compare media outputs, and rate how well they follow prompts. You’ll document why something looked or sounded off, contributing to improvements in AI reasoning and behavior while working remotely on your own schedule.

Responsibilities include live conversations, image/video pair comparisons, and written explanations. This role offers flexible hours and remote work across multiple countries.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to explain issues clearly.
• Experience writing concise explanations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models.
• Ranking naturalness, usefulness and clarity of outputs.
• Inspecting outputs to spot distorted anatomy, flicker, or misalignment with prompts.
• Writing specific English explanations pointing to observed issues.
