Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, score exchanges, and explain in writing what looked or sounded off.

Work remotely on a flexible schedule from anywhere. Image, video, and audio evaluations are done from home; you’ll be paid weekly with USD rates that vary by expertise and project requirements.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Nice to have: pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and explaining realistic situations clearly.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models.
• Ranking how natural, useful, and clear each output sounds.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos to judge prompt adherence.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot distortions, flickering, or misalignment.
• Writing specific explanations in English pointing to what was observed.
