Job summary

Andersen Lab is seeking an AI Engineer in the USA to deliver scalable AI-powered solutions for manufacturing clients. You will design LLM-based applications, implement RAG architectures, and develop multi-agent orchestration with Azure services. Collaboration with architects and product teams will drive production-ready outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in AI engineering.
• Strong Python proficiency.
• Hands-on with LLMs and Generative AI.
• Experience implementing RAG architectures.
• Knowledge of Agentic AI and multi-agent systems.
• Experience with Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Azure App Service, Azure Functions, Azure Storage and Azure Key Vault.
• Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, or CrewAI.
• Knowledge of CI/CD, Docker, GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps.
• English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher.

Responsibilities

• Designing and developing AI-powered applications using LLMs.
• Building Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions using embeddings, vector databases, and enterprise knowledge sources.
• Developing Agentic AI applications with autonomous planning, reasoning, and tool usage.
• Designing and implementing multi-agent orchestration frameworks where multiple AI agents collaborate to execute complex workflows.
• Deploying and managing AI solutions using Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, and Azure App Service.
• Building APIs and backend services using Python.
• Collaborating with architects, product teams, and business stakeholders to deliver production-ready AI solutions.
