Job summary

Echelon Services LLC is seeking an AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy scalable AI-powered applications. You will work with Go, Python and other modern languages to develop AI-driven solutions and MVPs in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

The role emphasizes prototyping, optimization, and iterative development of cloud-native microservices, with CI/CD and DevOps practices. A 4-year degree is required; federal or regulated environment experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Go, Python, and at least one additional modern language (Java, C#, or Rust).
• Experience with AI/ML frameworks and automation tools.
• Strong understanding of cloud-native development and containerization.
• Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with distributed systems and microservices architecture.
• Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable applications using Go, Python, and other modern languages.
• Build and integrate AI-driven solutions, including prompt engineering and automation workflows.
• Rapidly prototype and iterate on new ideas to deliver MVPs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement technical solutions.
• Optimize code for performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Participate in design reviews and code reviews.
