Job summary
Peraton is seeking a UX Analyst to drive AI-enabled design across web and mobile in a fully remote role. You will collaborate with product teams, stakeholders, and developers to move from discovery to development handoff, delivering accessible, user-centered experiences using Figma and design systems.
This role emphasizes rapid prototyping, AI-assisted workflows, and strong UX judgment. You will convert requirements into intuitive journeys, create responsive designs, and validate with usability
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in UX-related field.
- 4+ years of progressive UX/product design experience.
- Strong portfolio with high‑fidelity UI designs and interactive prototypes.
- Experience translating requirements into intuitive digital experiences.
- Ability to collaborate in Agile teams and with developers.
Responsibilities
- Support full UX lifecycle from discovery to handoff.
- Translate requirements into user journeys, flows, and IA.
- Create high‑fidelity Figma screens and interactive prototypes.
- Use AI-assisted workflows to accelerate research and prototyping.
- Develop and maintain design-system components for consistency.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders.
- Plan and analyze usability testing and translate findings into design decisions.
- Ensure accessibility (Section 508 and WCAG) is embedded in design.
