Job summary

Langfuse is hiring its first Product Manager to work with the founders on defining the product vision and strategic direction. You will collaborate with Solution Architects, sales, and marketing to shape the roadmap and quarterly plans.

Engineers own delivery, while you influence API design, SDKs, and user experience to ensure features meet customer needs. You will continuously study the market, AI tooling trends, and how engineers leverage AI to build agentic applications, translating insights

Qualifications

• Experienced PM from developer tools, observability, infrastructure, data, or a similarly technical product.
• Technical enough to reason credibly about APIs, SDKs, architecture, and UX tradeoffs.
• Hands-on: you test products, you talk to users, you maybe build a small prototype.
• Strong strategic thinking, prioritization, and product taste.
• Comfortable with ambiguity, autonomy, and a fast-moving environment.
• Excellent written and spoken communication.

Responsibilities

• Shape the product direction and translate long-term opportunities into clear priorities.
• Turn customer, community, and market insights into decisions about what to build and what not to build.
• Lead new product areas from research and scoping through launch.
• Work closely with founders, engineers, designers on APIs, SDKs, infrastructure, UX, and documentation.
• Align founders, engineering, sales, marketing, and key customers without introducing unnecessary processes.
• Make the product-engineering team more effective through clear context, strong judgment, and concise written briefs.
• Own the quarterly roadmapping process and propose direction for Langfuse.
