Placement Counsel is seeking an AI-adept paralegal to support federal and state litigation nationwide. The role is fully remote, coordinating via Zoom and Slack with lawyers across Seattle, Los Angeles, New York, and other cities.

Responsibilities

• Using AI to complete tasks and produce high-quality legal work.
• Formatting documents in Microsoft Word with meticulous attention to detail.
• Preparing subpoenas, deposition notices, and proposed orders.
• Engaging in legal analysis, editing, and calendar management.
• Helping manage busy attorney calendars.
• Reviewing court rules for deadlines and formatting issues.
• Coordinating meetings and teleconferences.
• Managing client contact lists and communications.
