Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a seasoned DevOps (CI/CD) + AWS Engineer to own an entire platform end-to-end at a fast-moving startup. You’ll design and build infrastructure, set up CI/CD pipelines, and deploy services across staging and production with high ownership and autonomy.

The role emphasizes AI-native engineering as a force multiplier and requires strong English, AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, and GitOps experience, plus the ability to work with US Eastern timezone overlap.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in DevOps, platform engineering, or cloud infra.
• Strong AWS infra expertise and hands-on Kubernetes (EKS).
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficient with IaC, especially Terraform.
• Familiar with GitOps tools like Argo CD or Flux.
• Excellent English and overlap with US Eastern time.
• Experience with AI coding tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own AWS infrastructure design, implementation, and operations end-to-end.
• Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines for development teams.
• Deploy and manage services on Kubernetes (EKS) across staging and production.
• Apply AI coding tools to infrastructure workflows in production-safe ways.
• Implement GitOps workflows using Argo CD, Flux, or similar platforms.
