Job summary

Radicle Science is seeking an AI-native Associate Chief of Staff to support co-founders Pelin Thorogood and Dr. Jeff Chen. This high-leverage role blends executive operations, founder leverage, and AI-enabled systems to accelerate decisions and execution.

You’ll build and optimize playbooks, coordinate cross-functional work, and expand Radicle’s AI-powered operating rhythm. Remote-first with West Coast preference; occasional travel to San Diego.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years in executive support, executive operations, founder support or similar high‑leverage roles.
• Experience supporting senior executives or founders in fast‑growth environments.
• Proven ability to use AI agents/LLMs to plan, execute and iterate complex workflows.
• Exceptional organization, prioritization, time management and follow‑through.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize the operating rhythm of co‑founders, calendars, inboxes and meeting prep.
• Draft polished communications and ensure follow‑through on priorities.
• Build AI‑enabled systems to multiply productivity and automate repetitive workflows.
• Track meetings, decisions and action items to maintain momentum and accountability.
• Support cross‑functional projects from planning through execution and stakeholder alignment.
• Coordinate travel, events, and relationships with investors, partners, and advisors.
