Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and assessment for AWS migration readiness.
• Define target AWS landing zone and migration roadmaps.
• Design AI-driven migration workflows using Agentic platforms.
• Provide technical leadership for VMware-to-AWS migrations.
• Enforce IaC standards (Terraform) and CI/CD integration.
• Mentor teams and govern migration decisions.
