Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking an AI Data Science Domain Expert to review and refine AI-generated content, improving accuracy, reasoning, and performance. No prior AI experience is required; expertise in data science and analytical thinking is valued.

The contractor will develop prompts, conduct rubric-based assessments, and perform independent research with remote collaboration across project teams to enhance AI models and workflows.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Data Science, ML, or analytics.
• Experience producing or reviewing research papers, analytical reports, or data-driven recommendations.
• Strong analytical reasoning and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with prompt engineering or content evaluation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review, edit, and refine AI-generated content for accuracy and relevance.
• Develop, optimize, and evaluate prompts to improve model performance.
• Perform rubric-based assessments of AI outputs with structured feedback.
