Job summary

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in software engineering, strong backend skills, and experience with data pipelines or large-scale processing. Remote, full-time, with competitive compensation and equity.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with backend focus.
• Proficiency in Python and Bash in Linux environments.

Responsibilities

• Discover new data sources and build reliable data pipelines for training datasets.
• Build and optimize large-scale data-processing systems for quality and cost.
• Collaborate with AI Scientists to improve training data and models.
• Own projects from discovery through delivery and continuous improvement.
