Job summary

AuraOne's Human Data team is seeking a remote reviewer to assess generalist English & Assamese prompts and outputs. You will compare paired results, label edge cases, and provide structured feedback to retrain models. This independent contractor role requires clear reasoning, attention to detail, and reliable weekly availability.

Expect 10+ hours per week, with compensation at $15–$20 per hour, depending on experience and program demand. Remote, contractor-based engagement across the US.

Qualifications

• Prior evaluation, annotation, or human-rater experience on generalist english & Assamese evaluation work.
• Clear written reasoning naming the issue and rubric clause applied.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to flag prompt problems.
• Reliable async availability for at least 10 hours per week.
• Experience with multi-page rubrics and long batch reviews.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate generalist english & assamese evaluation model outputs against a rubric and assign severity tags.
• Compare paired responses and select the stronger with written rationale.
• Label hallucinations, instruction-following failures, and unsafe content with structured tags.
• Capture ambiguous prompts and route to the program team for rubric updates.
• Calibrate reviewer quality against gold-standard examples weekly.
