Job summary

Work Truck Solutions is seeking a Staff AI Data Engineer to transform our data assets into market-ready products for dealers, upfitters, and OEMs. This role combines building scalable data pipelines with applying AI/LLMs to structured and unstructured vehicle data, delivering actionable insights and trusted outputs.

You will own end-to-end data products, collaborate with product and customers, and drive rigorous evaluation and governance for AI-enabled analytics.

Qualifications

• Proven record of shipping customer-facing data products.
• Strong foundation in statistics and experimental design.
• Experience with large-scale data warehousing and data pipelines.
• Ability to apply LLMs to data problems and build guardrails.

Responsibilities

• Own customer-facing data products end to end from conception to shipping.
• Build intelligence layer: demand forecasting, pricing signal, inventory recommendations, matching.
• Collaborate with product/design on model output surfaces and failure modes.
• Work with customers and sales to understand decisions they want to support.
• Define and instrument success metrics for shipped work.
