Job summary

CNTXT AI is a fully remote, hourly contractor role supporting AI data and language projects on a project-based, flexible hour basis. You will perform data annotation, LLM evaluation, content generation, and localization QA, applying senior-level European Portuguese localization and translation judgment alongside minimum C1 English proficiency.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree, native European Portuguese, strong editing skills, and the ability to fact-check content across time zones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in translation, linguistics, localization, communications, or related field.
• Native or near-native European Portuguese with strong writing and editing skills.
• Minimum C1 English proficiency for interpreting prompts and guidelines.
• Excellent editorial judgment with attention to detail and cultural nuance.
• Ability to identify meaning drift, ambiguity, locale inconsistencies, and explain corrections clearly.

Responsibilities

• Data annotation of documents, tables, and content for AI training datasets.
• LLM evaluation of AI responses for accuracy, reasoning, coherence, and cultural appropriateness.
• Content generation of prompts and model responses to guide AI learning.
• Localization QA to ensure accuracy of terminology, tone, and locale-specific details.
