Job summary

AuraOne seeks an AI Data Annotation Expert for a remote evaluation track. You will review AI data annotation prompts and responses against AuraOne's rubric, label edge cases, and provide structured feedback for retraining the modeling team.

You will compare paired outputs, assign severity tags, and document recurring failures to help refine future training runs. Prior annotation experience and strong written reasoning are required, with at least 10 hours per week available.

Qualifications

• Prior evaluation, annotation, or human-rater experience in AI data annotation evaluation or adjacent content.
• Clear written reasoning that names the issue and the rubric clause being applied.
• Reliable async availability for at least 10 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI data annotation outputs against a versioned rubric and assign severity tags.
• Compare paired responses and select the stronger answer with a written rationale.
• Label hallucinations, instruction-following failures, and unsafe content with structured tags.
• Capture ambiguous prompts and route them for rubric updates.
• Maintain reviewer-quality scores by calibrating against gold-standard examples weekly.
• Document recurring failure modes to guide future training.
