Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking experienced AI Consulting Domain Experts to refine AI-generated business content and improve next-generation AI systems. You will evaluate responses, author strategy reports, and develop prompts while collaborating remotely with project teams.

No prior AI experience is required beyond strong consulting and communication skills; your analytical thinking and attention to detail will drive quality improvements across client projects.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of strategy/management consulting or similar experience.
• Experience preparing strategy reports, business cases, or executive recommendations.
• Strong professional writing, business communication and editing skills.
• Excellent critical thinking and structured problem-solving abilities.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; advanced degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and refine AI-generated content for accuracy and alignment with business objectives.
• Author and review strategy reports, market analyses, and executive summaries.
• Develop, refine, and evaluate prompts for AI models.
• Conduct QA and rubric-based evaluations of AI outputs.
• Annotate data, interpret findings, and perform fact-checking to ensure quality.
• Provide actionable feedback to improve AI model performance.
• Collaborate remotely with project teams to support AI improvement.
