Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. Roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model and score exchanges, compare images and videos, and explain what looked or sounded wrong, all remotely and on your schedule.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail; patient to replay or zoom.
• Capable of thinking on your feet in natural conversations.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based reviews.
• Able to make clear decisions when both options have flaws.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hold a live English conversation with AI voice models and rank naturalness and usefulness.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge which better follows the prompt.
• Inspect outputs to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flicker, or audio mismatch.
• Write an English explanation detailing what you saw or heard.
