Job summary

Taswiq4me is seeking experienced software engineers and researchers to join a fully remote, asynchronous team focused on auditing and improving AI-generated code. The role targets professionals with strong fundamentals in algorithms, data structures, or system design and experience across modern web stacks.

You will review third-party solutions, craft reference implementations, design tests, and provide clear technical feedback.

Qualifications

Strong fundamentals in at least one major programming language or web stack.
Ability to analyze third-party code and catch subtle logical errors.
Clear written English to explain technical concepts and code review rationales.
Eligible locations: USA, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, India, Pakistan, or Philippines.

Responsibilities

Code auditing & quality analysis: Critique AI-generated solutions for logic, performance, security vulnerabilities, syntax, and coding best practices.
Gold-Standard Solutions: Write clean, production-grade reference code and clear technical explanations for complex programming prompts.
Test Design: Build unit tests and edge-case scenarios to evaluate model accuracy and expose edge-case failures.
Technical Feedback: Write structured explanations detailing why an AI solution succeeds, fails, or produces bugs.
