Job summary

DataAnnotation is seeking an experienced Internist to help train AI models by evaluating how AI-generated clinical answers perform in internal medicine. You will assess reasoning, accuracy, and safety of responses in real-world cases.

This is a remote independent-contractor role with flexible hours. The position welcomes internists from subspecialties and offers weekly payouts and competitive hourly pay based on task difficulty.

Qualifications

• Board certification in internal medicine with ≥3 years post-residency experience or active clinical license.
• Hands-on clinical experience managing complex adult disease.
• Fluency in English and precise written communication.
• Based in one of the allowed regions (US, UK, Canada, Ireland, NZ, AU).

Responsibilities

• Review AI responses to clinical questions with clinician context.
• Rate responses on accuracy, completeness, safety, and usefulness.
• Compare two independent responses and log discrepancies.
• Provide a detailed rationale for your decision and note what the other response got right.
• Identify model gaps, misstatements, or missing red flags.
