Turing Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented QA Analyst to evaluate outputs from multiple chatbots and provide final assessments. The freelance role is fully remote for a defined 16-week project, with five working days per week and weekend work as required.

Qualifications

• Experience in Quality Assurance, data annotation, content evaluation, testing, or similar work.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to spot subtle errors.
• Comfortable working with AI tools, chatbots and online platforms.
• Prior chatbot evaluation or data-quality project experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and compare responses generated by multiple chatbots.
• Assess responses for accuracy, relevance, completeness, clarity, and guideline adherence.
• Identify errors, inconsistencies, missing information, and potential quality issues.
• Provide structured feedback and final assessments for each task.
• Follow evaluation guidelines and maintain consistency across reviews.
• Document findings clearly and collaborate with project and quality teams.
• Meet assigned productivity, quality, and turnaround-time targets.
• Escalate complex or ambiguous cases when necessary.
