Job summary

AuraOne is seeking a Financial Records Quality Analyst for a remote, US-eligible contractor role focused on evaluating AI outputs in finance and risk workflows. You will review calculations, narrative reasoning, and policy adherence, flagging issues and documenting corrected workpapers to train the modeling team.

Candidates should have direct finance/risk experience and credentials such as CPA, CFA, or ACA, with strong written justification citing standards.

Qualifications

• Direct working experience with finance and risk on real engagements, transactions, or audits.
• Ability to apply multi-page rubrics consistently across long batches.
• Clear written reasoning citing standards, regulations, or firm policy.

Responsibilities

• Review AI outputs against finance and risk standards, regulations, and firm policy for Financial Records Quality Analyst assignments.
• Re-perform calculations and flag rounding, classification, or treatment errors.
• Tag compliance, reconciliation, and disclosure issues with structured severity scores.
• Capture the corrected workpaper or narrative so the modeling team can train on it.
• Adjudicate disputed treatments against published standards or firm guidance.
• Maintain reviewer-quality scores in inter-rater calibration cycles.
