Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience in research engineering or related field.
• Strong track record turning complex research into reusable production systems.
• Experience with secure runtimes, tool sandboxing, and enterprise security.

Responsibilities

• Bridge research ideas and product opportunities for NVIDIA OpenShell.
• Build rapid prototypes, agent harnesses, and evaluation workflows.
• Design secure-by-default workflows for agents operating with tools and credentials.
• Collaborate across teams to move prototypes toward product readiness.
• Conduct benchmarks and real agent workflows to validate impact.
