You will help design, implement, and evaluate complex coordination tasks across live environments. The ideal candidate brings 2+ years in backend engineering or AI automation, with a strong track record of producing production-grade software and enabling multi-turn agent interactions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in backend engineering, AI automation, or complex systems integration.
• Proven ability to build and maintain production-grade software with modular separation (data parsing, logic processing, reporting).
• Experience building for live, non-mocked environments and handling multi-turn system interactions.
• Attention to detail and ability to provide high-density technical feedback on system behaviors.

Responsibilities

• Write Eval Rubrics to assess agent performance.
• Debug Agent Traces to diagnose issues.
• Stress Test Agent under varied conditions.
