DataAnnotation is hiring an Accountant to grade AI accounting outputs against real-world practice and provide careful, professional answers. You’ll write prompts that test bookkeeping, review AI-generated entries for accuracy, and write the correct answer with clear working.

Common backgrounds include Corporate Controller, Revenue Accountant, or Staff Accountant; CPA/ACCA or equivalent training is preferred. Flexible, remote, project-based work.

Qualifications

• CPA, ACCA, or equivalent training, or professional accounting experience.
• Comfort across bookkeeping, financial reporting, or tax.
• Clear written English for explanations.

Responsibilities

• Write prompts that test AI bookkeeping and tax scenarios.
• Review AI output for misapplied standards, arithmetic slips, and entries that don't reconcile, and rate the reasoning.
• Provide the correct answer when the model falls short, with the working shown clearly.
