Job summary

Learn It Systems is hiring multiple after-school virtual teachers to support K-12 students, collaborating with a supervisor and teaching aides, and delivering high-quality instruction for Title I-eligible learners.

You will join a diverse educational team and work with the School District of Milwaukee to provide reading and mathematics tutoring in a small-group setting, with ongoing progress monitoring and data tracking.

Qualifications

• Experience working with Title I students is a plus.
• Computer and computer proficiency are required.
• Ability to provide a high level of customer service to principals, classroom teachers, and parents.
• Must be able to lift 30 pounds.
• Work location is in a school building with stairs.
• Frequent standing and ability to raise arms above the head.
• Hand dexterity for typing and entering data into a computer.

Responsibilities

• Deliver reading and mathematics instruction in a small group setting.
• Collaborate with school personnel and parents to support student learning.
• Work with Title I students and monitor student progress and data.
