Social Discovery Group ищет специалиста по управлению аффилиат-партнёрами для масштабирования базы партнеров и оптимизации кампаний. В задачи входит onboarding, выбор креативов, настройка лендингов, трекинга и QA.

Кандидат должен иметь не менее 2 лет опыта в полной цепочке управления аффилиатами, знание моделей CPA/CPL/CPS, RevShare и гибридных схем, владение базовыми API, английский для деловой переписки. Работа удаленная по всему миру, США приветствуются.

Qualifications

At least 2 years of full-cycle affiliate account management experience.
Understanding of CPA, CPL, CPS, RevShare, and Hybrid models, channel economics, traffic quality, and fraud risks.
Technical literacy in tracking, pixels, postback/S2S, attribution, and basic API usage.
Experience with partner pipeline/CRM management and database hygiene.
Ability to build and read performance dashboards and identify anomalies.
Understanding of advertising platform compliance basics.
Business English for written communication and partner calls.

Responsibilities

Manage and scale the existing affiliate partner base across CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid models.
Onboard new partners, select creatives, set up landing pages, tracking, and QA.
Monitor partner KPIs and optimize underperforming placements with partners.
Maintain tracking and reporting infrastructure and resolve discrepancies between partner and internal statistics.
Keep the partner database current: contacts, terms, geos, status, and next steps.
Support Business Developer in launching and scaling new partnerships after terms are agreed.
Monitor competitor affiliate programs and share findings with the team.
