Candidates should have engineering/technical backgrounds, AS9100 familiarity, and strong communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Education and experience requirements as stated: bachelor’s or associate’s degree with five years in a technical field for heat treat, or HS diploma with ten years heat treating experience.
• US Citizenship required based on work.
• Experience validating special process knowledge via written verification.

Responsibilities

• Audit special processes at aerospace sites and suppliers.
• Use customer and industry checklists to perform audits.
• Document findings and drive timely corrective actions with sites.
• Coordinate with multiple sites across US, Mexico, and Europe.
