Job summary

SmartRecruiters, Inc. seeks an experienced AEM Full Stack Developer for a remote, contract position focused on migrating and building complex XDP templates using AEM Forms Designer.

You will design, map, and implement XDP templates with XML/XSD/JSON data models while ensuring secure submission across print, web, and correspondence channels. The role requires 5–9 years of experience, hands-on Java coding, and a fast-paced delivery mindset to drive a large migration effort.

Qualifications

• Create and maintain complex XDP form templates using AEM Forms Designer (Former LiveCycle Designer) for print, web, and correspondence channels.
• Structure XDP layouts with subforms, target areas, tables, layout fragments, and dynamic images.
• Map XDP templates with XML Schema (XSD), Form Data Models (FDM), and JSON datasets to enable dynamic data prefill and secure submission.
• Experience with data formats: XML, XSD, XFA, JSON, Document Fragments.

Responsibilities

• AEM template development at a fast pace to accomplish a large migration effort.
• Batch monitoring and pager support.
• Coach team members as needed in AEM template development activities.
• Expected deliverables include successful multi-phased migration and development documentation.
