Job summary

Graphora, a private-capital ecosystem, seeks real-estate and hospitality leaders to advise on development, acquisitions, property operations and commercial partnerships. You can help emerging projects access market insight, partners, customers and capital relationships across residential, hospitality and infrastructure opportunities.

Advisory engagements start with flexible monthly hours. Work is primarily remote with local meetings or hybrid participation as agreed.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in real-estate development, acquisitions, property operations, hospitality, leasing or real-estate finance.
• Leadership experience as a developer, executive, founder, operator, advisor or investor.
• Knowledge of a local market and the organizations involved in bringing projects into operation.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic guidance on Graphora’s growth, market development and opportunities within your specialty.
• Share industry insight and help evaluate companies, markets, emerging technologies and opportunities.
• Support founders and leaders with practical advice on market entry, product positioning and customer needs.
• Identify and introduce relevant partners and capital relationships through Graphora’s process.
• Participate in advisory discussions, founder conversations and regional initiatives.
