Job summary

Experience Scottsdale is seeking an Advertising & Marketing Manager to plan and execute the annual media plan and advertising programs targeting leisure travelers, groups, travel trade, and the local community. You will manage media buying, vendor relationships, campaign tracking and performance analysis, reporting to the Director of Marketing.

This role requires strong communication, project management, and media analytics skills, with up to 10% travel and a hybrid office/remote work setup in

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in marketing, communications, or business administration.
• Minimum of 5 years of work experience in marketing, advertising or media.
• Experience in the hospitality industry preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in media plan creation, management, analysis and strategy.
• Experience with UTM tracking, pixel placement, GA4 and assessing media placement performance.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage the annual media plan for leisure travelers, groups, travel trade and local community.
• Manage media buying and vendor partnerships, secure advertising placements, and input placements into project management software; ensure tracking and reporting.
• Analyze performance data and provide insights to guide strategic media decisions.
