Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a Software Engineer for the Advanced Research team to build and maintain distributed cloud services within a remote-first, high-trust environment. You will work with Kafka, Flink, Redis, ElasticSearch, Cassandra, and LLMs to evolve the Falcon platform.

Ideal candidates have a CS degree or equivalent experience, strong programming skills (Java/Scala/Go/Python), and hands-on experience with distributed systems, REST, and cloud APIs across AWS, GCP, or Azure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems and RESTful patterns.
• Experience building and scaling services in production.
• Experience with cloud provider APIs (AWS, GCP, Azure) and CI/CD tooling.
