Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor for prospective students from inquiry through enrollment.
• Build authentic relationships by listening to each student's goals and concerns.
• Provide personalized guidance to help students choose their educational path.
• Educate students on Joyce University's nursing programs and admissions requirements.
• Conduct campus tours, virtual appointments, and admissions interviews.
• Maintain timely records in the CRM for a seamless student experience.
• Collaborate with Financial Aid, Student Success, and Academics to support students.
• Contribute to enrollment goals with a student-first, consultative approach.
