Qualifications

• Master's degree in sport management, business administration, management, or related field preferred.
• Experience teaching at the college/university level, ideally graduate business education.
• Experience with online teaching and learning.
• Ability to develop graduate-level course materials and assessments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Review existing course structure, syllabus, learning objectives, readings, assignments and assessments.
• Update course content with current research, trends and industry practices.
• Revise objectives, activities and materials to ensure alignment with objectives and assessments.
• Ensure courses are organized and accessible in the LMS and engaging for online delivery.
• Incorporate AI and emerging technologies where relevant.
• Teach updated courses per the academic calendar and university policies.
• Provide timely feedback and maintain regular online presence.
