Job summary

UMass Global invites applications for an Adjunct Faculty member in Educational Administration Student Services (CASC) to coach and support candidates remotely through the Individualized Induction Plan (IIP) process within the Center for Extended Education.

In this full-time adjunct role, you will provide about 40 hours of coaching annually, coordinate via phone, email, and virtual sessions, and help shape leadership development and school culture while aligning with CPSEL standards.

Qualifications

• CA Clear Admin Service Credential is required.
• Minimum MA degree; higher degrees preferred.
• Must currently hold an administrative position.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate development of IIP goals and CPSEL-aligned activities.
• Provide coaching to candidates and monitor progress.
• Collaborate to implement action plans and leadership development.
• Support school culture development and professional learning.
• Model instructional coaching and monitor systems.
