Qualifications

• Master of Architecture degree from NAAB-accredited institution with 5+ years of related teaching/experience.
• Evidence of effective teaching, professional expertise, and collegiality.
• Ph.D. and NCARB licensure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Teach subject material according to approved curriculum and schedule with focus on NAAB accreditation.
• Mentor students on academics, attendance, professionalism and outcomes.
• Provide regular reviews and timely feedback on student work with revision strategies.
• Maintain and report grades and attendance per university policy.
• Contribute to retention initiatives and engage at‑risk students.
• Motivate students to participate in educational and creative processes per program ethics.
• Adhere to Liberty policies and the Christian mission while collaborating with team.
• Support course development toward NAAB accreditation in coordination with the Director of the Program.
