Baptist Health is seeking a registered nurse to support Hospital Care at Home, Hospital Care at Home In-home nursing, and virtual hospital care activities. The role focuses on patient assessment, planning, and collaborative care delivery across in-home and hospital-based settings.

Ideal candidates hold an approved nursing degree, Alabama RN license, and basic certifications; travel within geographic regions may be required, and mentoring is possible.

Qualificações

• Graduate of an approved school of nursing.
• Active Alabama RN license (or eNLC multistate license).
• BLS/Healthcare Provider certification; ACLS/PALS/TNCC as required.

Responsabilidades

• Assess patient needs and develop an individualized plan of care.
• Coordinate care across the care team and document appropriately.
• Serve as patient/family advocate and maintain regulatory standards.
