The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in chargebacks, strong Excel skills (Pivots, VLOOKUP), and excellent written and verbal English communication in a fast-paced team setting.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of chargeback experience, preferably with large retail companies.
• Knowledge of Excel - Pivot Tables/VLOOKUP.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
