Wipfli LLP is seeking a seasoned accounting professional to serve as a trusted advisor to behavioral health providers, helping navigate financial, operational, reimbursement, and compliance challenges while advancing their mission.

The role supports organizations delivering mental health and community-based services and can be worked 100% remote anywhere in the US, with a focus on leadership and client relationship management.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
• CPA, CMA, or similar certification preferred.
• Experience serving healthcare, behavioral health, nonprofit, or community-based organizations.

Aufgaben

• Review financial reporting packages and work papers for quality, completeness, and timely delivery.
• Prepare and analyze benchmarking data and KPIs to support client insights.
• Present completed reporting packages and findings to clients as directed.
• Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and cash flow models.
• Provide technical accounting support to clients and their teams on complex issues.
• Identify operational inefficiencies through client discovery sessions and recommend improvements.
• Lead and coordinate US and offshore engagement team members to ensure quality deliverables.
• Lead and coach staff and senior accountants on accounting and financial reporting matters.
