This role offers total autonomy, flexible scheduling, and income potential tied to performance. You will work with warm leads, receive premium training, and use modern CRM tools to manage the client journey from initial contact to policy issuance.

Qualifications

• Remote sales role requiring strong communication and client relationship skills.
• Willingness to work with warm, pre-screened leads.
• Motivation to learn and grow in financial services.
• Sales experience is helpful but not required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Guide clients through financial decisions from home.
• Work with warm leads; no cold calling.
• Build trust and long-term client relationships.
• Perform needs analysis to tailor solutions.
• Deliver virtual presentations on Life Insurance, IUL, and Annuities.
• Manage end-to-end sales process from contact to policy.
