Qualifications

• 3+ years of account management experience or 5+ years in the insurance industry.
• Active licensing required; CIC or equivalent preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned book of business with a focus on retention and new business.
• Coordinate daily administrative and customer service activities.
• Handle policy administration, billing, claims, and coverage analysis.
• Renew policy expirations and negotiate coverages.
• Prepare submissions and present proposals to clients.
• Monitor delinquent accounts and collect outstanding balances.
• Maintain agency management systems and carrier platforms.
• Ensure data accuracy and timely completion of tasks.
• Maintain transparent workload status with the account team.
• Deliver proactive, high-quality service to clients.
• Stay updated on company policies and procedures.
• Champion IOA values with integrity and leadership.
