Nuvant Consulting Group is seeking a Remote Account Specialist to help individuals and small businesses discover financial solutions that fit their goals. You will act as a trusted advisor, build meaningful client relationships, and guide them toward the right financial path from a flexible remote setting.

In this role you’ll connect with clients, learn their goals, provide personalized recommendations, and support onboarding.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or college degree preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple client accounts.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Prior experience in account management, client services, or sales is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective and existing clients through calls, emails, and follow-ups.
• Learn about each client’s goals and provide personalized recommendations.
• Support clients through onboarding and ensure smooth product setup.
• Maintain accurate and detailed client records in CRM systems.
• Conduct periodic check-ins to provide ongoing support and strengthen relationships.
