Job summary

BK Behavior seeks a part-time Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA services, in-home or community settings, across the USA. You’ll record data, implement skill-building plans, and support families with coaching and feedback.

Training is provided with 6 months of onboarding; you’ll join a collaborative clinical team and gain access to CEUs and ongoing development in a flexible, scalable schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification is required before working.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team and contribute to care plans.
