Job summary

Wall Therapeutic Solutions in Christiansburg, VA is seeking a BCBA/BCaBA to design and oversee ABA treatment programs, conduct assessments, and supervise staff. This full-time role offers a flexible schedule with work-from-home options and paid CEUs, enabling you to carry a personalized caseload.

You will collaborate with families and clinicians to drive meaningful outcomes for children, with opportunities for growth and professional development within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• BCBA or BCaBA certification through BACB.
• Virginia licensure through the Board of Medicine or ability to obtain it.
• Passion for ethical, compassionate, family-centered ABA services.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and oversee individualized ABA treatment programs.
• Conduct assessments, reassessments, and treatment planning.
• Provide supervision, support, and mentorship to ABA staff.
• Partner with caregivers and stakeholders through training and education.
• Collaborate with fellow clinicians during monthly ABA team meetings and case consultations.
• Maintain clinical documentation and treatment plan updates.
• Review and approve behavior technician session notes.
• Participate in the continued growth and development of our ABA program.
