BK Behavior is seeking entry-level Child Autism Support Professionals for part-time roles nationwide, including Ames, IA. You will deliver ABA services, document progress, and collaborate with a clinical team to support children with autism in home or community settings.

The position offers flexible scheduling, paid training, and access to ongoing CEUs and professional development as part of BK's supportive network.

Qualificações

• RBT certification is required before working.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.

Responsabilidades

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
