Job summary

Utopia Living is seeking a highly motivated CGI Designer to join its Design team in the real estate development business, working on signature hospitality projects. You will produce 3D models and visualisations that display design intent, focusing on concept-stage designs and collaborating with exterior and interior designers.

The role requires experience, self-direction, and the ability to present concepts to clients; proficiency in 3ds Max, V-Ray, Corona, Lumion, and strong English; portfolio

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
• Solid experience as CGI Exterior Designer (5+ finished projects).
• Experience as CGI Interior Designer (3+ finished projects).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Portfolio is a must.
• Proficiency in 3ds Max, V-Ray, Corona, Lumion and other visualization tools.
• Professional level of English, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with architectural and design teams to plan and visualise exterior, interior and architecture projects.
• Present design concepts based on client requirements for review.
• Create materials and textures in 3ds Max and Corona based on interiors.
• Model or source 3D FF&E based on designer selections.
• Model bespoke furniture from sketches or references.
• Provide fast sketch renders/previews for internal review.
• Work in a team (agile) and use project tools like Jira.
