V2X is seeking a remote 3D Graphics & Animation Specialist to produce accurate renders and animations for technical training and product education. No engineering background required—interpret technical data into visually polished outputs.

The role emphasizes strong Maya skills, 3D modeling, rigging, and After Effects expertise, with independent work in a fully remote setting. Bachelor’s degree or 5 years of equivalent experience preferred. Wage range $35–$45 per hour.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of professional Maya in a production setting.
• Strong 3D modeling, texture creation, and UV unwrapping skills.
• Experience with character rigging and animation.
• Ability to interpret technical models and instructions into visuals.
• Excellent communication and time management; able to work remotely.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and optimize engineering/CAD data for 3D use.
• Create accurate 3D models, assemblies, environments.
• Produce animations illustrating system operation.
• Translate storyboards into final renders.
• Collaborate with SMEs to ensure accuracy.
• Manage multiple projects and follow standards.
